Raglan House Annex has officially opened its doors as Southsea’s newest Airbnb — and its journey to get here has been anything but ordinary. After three separate planning applications, countless design revisions, and more than a few unexpected hurdles, the project finally secured approval and has transformed into a warm, characterful retreat right in the heart of Southsea.

What carried it through was the determination of the client (Karen and Colin), a clear vision, and a genuinely brilliant build team. M. Jacobs’ crew — Saul and Ben — were the backbone of the build. Their craftsmanship and problem‑solving are visible in every corner of the Annex.
