I have dealt with many councils over the years. Most I’d rather forget. But Chichester CC is just on another level. Professional and proactive, what a pleasure! Sincerely hope this will be the first of many projects in Chichester.

There are flint walls – and then there are works of art comprising flint walls… This project falls squarely into the latter. The decorative effect creates the illusion of movement, or is it just me?

We have walls! Demolition done, groundworks done, setting out done. Only 3 named storms and a bit of hail – but the lads are cracking on.

Park House Penthouse - APPROVAL!

2 years later, lots of lovely site visits and consultations… planning permission for a new stunning 3 bed penthouse on Southsea’s Clarence parade granted!

Cannot be more pleased, look forward to the next stage.
