I formed Studio 22:22 ltd at the start of the (slow) recession recovery in 2011 – having left a practice in Notting Hill when I concluded my registration. Small projects were starting to re-emerge and I began my collaboration with Chris at Icewit. This contract lead to various retail projects and larger planning applications while still undertaking various refurbishments from my home office.
I ran a small architectural team for a developer in Croydon for a while mostly office to residential conversions via the government permitted development initiative. Thereafter I formed a relationship with a developer in Kingston upon Thames as well as starting various projects in Southsea, Hampshire where I have a seaside flat.
